We appreciate your use of our e-commerce functionality, and we will make every effort to help ensure your satisfaction and comfort with your purchase. If you experience any problem with the process, please send an email to our Treasurer (see the Contacts section) so we can look into it and correct any issues that remain.
From time to time we may feature or sell tangible products, and if we do, your purchase of those is guaranteed exchangeable or refundable for any reason, for a period of 30 days from the time of your taking delivery of it, provided: - You return it post-paid (insured if necessary) to the original SENT FROM address
- The item shows no visible signs of wear or abuse (or, shows the original signs of wear, if a used item originally)
- Any other materials, gifts or promotional items are returned along with the original purchase. Your return mailing costs are not refundable.
Non-tangible purchases (dues, conference fees, dinners costs, etc) are fully refundable up to and including 7 days prior to either: (1) the stated DUE date for that fee; or (2) the scheduled START date of that event. Any refund made CLOSER to the event than 7 days must be approved by the Treasurer (see the Contacts section) and may be subject to a 5% fee (or less), dependent upon whether a non-refundable fee was charged to us at the time of your purchase.
